Have you ever tried the Moving Clinic at Seoul K-Medi which is called ‘Bojewon’? If not yet, I’m sharing the information about it.
One part of our mission was to experience the K-Medi Moving Clinic ‘Bojewon‘. It is located on the third floor of Seoul K-Medi Center. ‘Bojewon’ is a relief institution that was built in the Joseon Dynasty to treat the ill and poor people.
What to experience?
Eye Warmer made with oriental herbs
They gave me an eye warmer and put it in my eyes and let it warm my eyes for 20 minutes.
Thermal Massage
They asked me to lay down in a bed for 20 minutes to have the thermal massage. It was my first to experience this kind of massage. I do not know how to explain it but I felt like there were some rollers under the bed and kept rolling on my back up to my legs. I’ve looked at some information about it, but I am not sure if I got the correct answer.
The thermal massage is good for the recovery of misaligned spine bones. It is also good for our nervous system and it helps to refresh our body and mind.
Korean Herbal Pack Hand-Warming Massage
Here you’ll be given a hand mask that was made from Korean herbs. Then you’ll put your hands in the Hand Massager for 10 minutes each hand. The hand warming massage promotes good blood circulation, removes hand fatigues and discomforts. While the hand mask makes your hands smooth and moisturized.
Foot Massage
The foot massage lasts 20 minutes while having the hand massage. This helps to revitalize the tired muscles of the legs and gives a relaxing foot and calf massage.

Final Thoughts
It was a relaxing and great experience especially for a busy mom like me. Honestly, I almost fell asleep during the body massage. My hands got smooth and relaxed after the Korean Herbal Pack hand-warming massage. I really recommend this experience to everyone because it’s not just good but it’s very cheap. It cost 5,000 won for 40minutes.

Oooh, I’ve been thinking of taking my kids to the chiro to check their alignment. They’re ballet trainees and training is everday, so their bodies are pretty beat up. Perhaps all they need is a regular thermal massage to check on their alignments. Thanks for this! I’ll look for a spa or a massage therapy studio that offers this service.

Reading about all those massages and treatments make me miss the usual back massage I get almost every month before the pandemic. The eye warmer also sounds nice though, I love rubbing my hands together and then putting them over my tired eyes.

Glad that you had a relaxing time here. We need it from time to time to ease us from the stress and worries of the pandemic. Would love to have a massage too in Ph, but it’s still high risk here.
