Seoulism – Seoul’s Hottest Bar-Cafe

Seoulism is one of those cafes near Jamsil that has a stunning rooftop view where you can able to see the Lotte World Tower. This bar-cafe is a great place for hanging out with friends and having a date. In addition to that, it’s one of the hottest bar cafes in Seoul which can give you memories of a great photo for your Instagram feed.

Cafes in Seoul are the most trending and hottest this time not because of the menu but because each cafe has its own unique designs and style to attract customers. This post is about the hottest bar-cafe in Seoul which is not only famous to locals but to travelers too. This includes all the things you need to know before visiting.

Opening Hours

The cafe opens from 11 am to 11 pm on Mondays-Thursdays and Sundays. Every Saturday it opens from 11 am to midnight. If you want to visit less customer time, you should try visiting in the morning before 1 pm. This time you will enjoy the Seoul view without worrying about the crowd. But if you want to feel and see the sunset, visit in the afternoon. During the summer season, 6 to 7 pm is good and during the cold season, 5 to 6 pm is great.

Prices and Menu

The prices of their menu have actually doubled the price of a regular cafe outside but since the view is such a stunning one, sacrifice at least for a day.

Upon entering you are obliged to order one drink for each person before you can have a seat. This cafe rule is the same as the Cafe Moomin & Me in Hoehyeon. The cheapest is a drink and the cake is around 7500 KRW. The cafe also offers different kinds of foods like brunch, desserts, nachos, and salads.

During the day, it serves as a cafe but in the evening it turns into a bar that serves cocktails and wines, at a cost of 10,000 to 20,000 KRW. That’s why we ordered Seoulism Passion Mango Frozen and Green Latte.

The cafe’s menu prices are might expensive to other cafes but expecting a different atmosphere and experience are priceless and a must overlook.

The Cafe’s Interior

The cafe’s entrance/exit door is just a normal door which gives you excited about what to see inside. The cafe’s interior is not the usual cafe but it’s one of the most unique and classic ones. The Seoul sign can be found on the rooftop while at the main cafe you’ll see different styles of tables and chairs and some photo zone areas.

How to get here?

There are many ways how to come here but the easiest way is taking the subway line 9 going to Songpagunaru, exit 1. Walk a little until you reach the 예스빌딩, go inside, and take the elevator to the 6th floor. After getting off the elevator, you’ll see a red door on the left side and that’s the Cafe.

After going here, you can walk about 10 minutes going to Seokchon lake and get to Lotte World Tower for real.

2022 Update about Seoulism Cafe

A few days ago I went to Seoulism with my friend and the place still looks the same although they added some more chairs, changed their menu and opening time. Brunch time starts from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm and the Casual Bar starts from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm from Monday to Sunday.

The cafe’s Brunch menu was also changed as well as some of their beverages.

• Big Breakfast
• Egg in Hell
• Black Sesame Bulgogi Cream Pasta
• Mediterranean octopus pasta salad
• Kimchi fried rice
• Burrata cheese salad
• Truffle french fries
• Croffole and fruits

We ordered Big Breakfast (23,000 won), Truffle french fries (13,000 won), Mango-melang black tea, and Creamson-punch herb tea for beverages for 8,000 won each.

Also, Seoulism Cafe has been featured on 2 days 1-night variety show and Itzy’s KTO video.
