Thim Luminous Skin Cushion: Yay or Nay?

I got a new cushion which is called Thim Luminous Skin Cushion from Thim Beauty. I would like to write a quick review about it and please keep on reading.

I am a person who doesn’t invest much in makeups like cushions and others. But only Korean beauty products made me fall in love with makeup. But honestly, I don’t buy much of those because it’s not my priority though at least I have one cushion and a lipgloss will be fine.  The cushions that I have tried wherefrom Missha (I stopped using it because I got pimples) and Tony Moly (I stopped using it because it doesn’t match my skin color). The perfect match that I got was from April Skin and VT Cosmetics. They are a bit expensive but worth it.

I joined an event on Instagram from Thim Beauty and the prize was a Luminous Skin Cushion natural beige. When I saw the details on how to join I didn’t hesitate.  Just follow their Instagram account, like the post, comment on my wish, and reposted it on my account. I never thought I will win because there’s a lot of joiners but I was lucky. So I am writing my personal review about the cushion that I got.

But first what is a cushion? If you think of what is cushion is it’s like a liquid foundation in a sponge inside a compact. I like it more honestly because you can carry it anywhere and all the time.

What is Thim Beauty?

Thim refers to the word ‘theme’.  It contains the meaning of having new topics in our everyday life and constantly pursuing changes and challenges with passion, according to their website. They also believed that ‘the small choices we make can make a difference in our day’.

Through research and development, they build up Thim Beauty and derive a variety of colors that is suitable and trendy. They also assure that the products that they have developed are made of high-quality products with excellent color pigments and sustainability. Instead of following the basic trends, they created a unique brand and style which is really amazing.

Thim Luminous Skin Cushion: Yay or Nay?

So this Thim Luminous Skin Cushion 23호 Natural Beige also includes SPF 50+ PA+++. It’s a cushion that covers blemishes and uneven skin tone with its fine texture leaving the skin with a soft and natural look finish.

It is made of ingredients which include the following; desert rose water, pearl extracts, royal honey extract, hyaluronic acid, hibiscus flower extract, and TTPEP multi-peptide.  Thim Luminous Skin Cushion has two color variants 21호 (light beige) and 23호 (natural beige).

Honestly, I am not used to wearing makeup because it’s the least of the things that I would do in a day. I prefer a simple cushion and lipgloss and that’s it. That’s why I always rely on a cushion that gives my face a dewy look. Thanks to this Thim Luminous Skin Cushion from Thim Beauty because I always like natural makeup. This cushion matches my skin tone and naturally glows even though I used a mask all day.

I also love the packaging and the simple design of this cushion. It’s minimal packaging but classy.  For more Thim Beauty products you may visit their website here.

This cushion costs 54,000 won but it’s really worth it because it also includes one extra refill. You don’t need camera filters to get a natural look. Just this cushion plus natural light from the sun.
