Korean dramas featured rooftop houses a lot and can’t count all the number of the dramas already. When a viewer watched the drama, they feel that living in a rooftop is great. You can have a good view at night and a beautiful morning every day. You can do decorations outside like what you can see in the dramas. Like the house of Sung Deok Mi (Park Min Young) in Her Private Life.
Neocure: Sung Deok Mi’s house in “Her Private Life”
Neocure [네오큐어] is a private company that specializes in air-purifiers and its office is located on the rooftop of Seonnong Terrace [선농테라스], which houses other business and offices in the neighborhood of Yongdu, Dongdaemun. It was established on August 19, 2016, to lead clean-air marketing technologies especially these days Seoul’s air is not good.
This was the rooftop apartment (exterior) of Sung Deok-mi in Her Private life. The exterior and the rooftop was only seen in the drama but the location of her room is still unknown. Maybe it’s one of the studios of TVN.
To get here take a subway going to Jegidong Station [제기동역], Seoul Subway Line 1 and get out at Exit 1 turn left. After turning left, take the right side street and go straight. Just go straight until you reach the highest part of the road, the house is beside the yellow building and near a school.
This building appears as “Starlight Terraces” in the drama. When you visit this location, you can take photos outside but you cannot go to the rooftop.
How to get here?
Jegidong Station [제기동역], Seoul Subway Line 1, Exit 1
