Themed cafes are really famous in Korea and this month a new themed cafe was open in Seoul and it’s called “Toy Story Pop Up Shop & Cafe”. Last February 14 up to March 31, this cafe was opened as “Hunny House” the famous Disney character “Winnie the Pooh”. (Sad I didn’t make it last time.)
When you get inside these cute stuffed dolls, figurines of Woody, Buzz Lightyear, and the rest of the gang will greet you. A lot of visitors are coming because the toy house is really cute and it’s actually a good time because the movie Toy Story 4 was still showing in theaters. On the other side of the cafe, they have tables and chairs for customers where you can order food and drinks and dine-in. I went today here and I saw some parents too with their kids. Even locals are very much liked these movie characters.
You’ll see their huge menu and you can order and get comfortable in this little cafΓ© and you can enjoy their coffee and desserts. They have also a combo set of coffee and cake and a promotion that when you purchased items worth 30,000 you can buy the Eco bag for 8,000 won.
Second Floor
This is the second floor where you can sit and dine together with your friend. There’s a stair going to the rooftop too where you can see the large figure of Woody and Buzz Lightyear.
Rooftop
Even if this place is not big but not too small, still it amazes me. Every corner is instagrammable and very cute.Β Toyhouse will only open in a short period of time, from June to October 2019.
If you’re traveling to Korea this June up to October, include Toy House into your itinerary!
Tuesday-Thursday: 12 pm-11 pm
Friday-Sunday: 11am-11pm
Closed during Mondays.
How to get here:
Take Seoul Subway Line 6 going to Noksapyeong Station, take Exit 2, and walk for 10 minutes. After getting out of the subway just go straight until you reach the underpass go down on the stairs and cross the underpass going to the opposite side and get out to the right side of the stairs. Just walk a little and turn left and go straight until you reach the cafe.

Hahaha. I was sad because they changed the Hunny House ( Winnie the Pooh) to Toy Story House already. γ γ
carllbatnag says
Waahhh. There was a cafe for Winnie the Pooh too? Koreans are certainly great with creating concepts. Too bad it was replaced by the Toy Story House. But looks great still π
Hye Jin says
Yes it was opened last Feb 14 to March 31 then they changed it to Toy Story.

I should bring my kids here soonest. Why is it only until October? Give way to a new theme?
Hye Jin says
Yes,the first theme was the Winnie the Pooh last Feb to March. Sad I thought it will be available all.year but when I visited it was already changed to Toy Story. Bring your kids soon, they will like it.

Changing theme cafe, what a great idea. Perfect for customers who wish to return over and over again, although if you’re ordering a non-alcoholic drink for your kid and a coffee for yourself, why would you pay more for a kid lol.
Hye Jin says
Yeah it’s a great idea and what you said was really funny. The non alcoholic drink is more expensive than coffee.

Hey! This is kind of off topic but I need some help from an established blog.
Is it very hard to set up your own blog? I’m not very techincal but
I can figure things out pretty fast. I’m thinking about making my own but I’m not sure where to start.
Do you have any tips or suggestions? Thank
you
Hye Jin says
Hi, thanks for visiting my blog. I am the same as you. It wasn’t very hard at all because I had someone to set it up at first from domain to host and installing important plugins. If you are interested I can help you to reach my friend. Just send me an email.

I am really inspired along with your writing abilities as
neatly as with the layout to your blog. Is this a paid topic or did you modify
it your self? Anyway keep up the nice high quality writing, it’s uncommon to look a
great weblog like this one these days..
Hye Jin says
My blog is all about my travels and personal experiences though I am open for brand sponsorships and reviews. π
