Episodes 13 and 14 of the drama #ExtraordinaryAttorneyWoo were filmed in Jeju. We all know that despite the small area size of Jeju traveling there for a day will not be enough. Jeju has so many to offer from nice views of the sea, mountains, delicious foods, and many more. It is such a healing place for me.
I’ve been to Jeju once but never been to the places featured in the drama. We’ve been to some tourist spots like Cheongjiyeon Falls, Jeju Aerospace Museum, Yongduam Rock, and Chocolate Museum, and honestly, I forgot the other places already. Although watching the 13th and 14th episodes of ##ExtraordinaryAttorneyWoo reminds me how beautiful Jeju is. It is very rich in nature, fresh air and very peaceful.

1. Saeseom Island Saeyeongyo Bridge [새연교]
Saeyeongyo Bridge (새연교) was featured in episode 13 where Kwon Min Woo (Joo Jung-hyuk) and Choi Soo-yeon (Yoon Kyeong-ha) the colleagues of Attorney Woo went out to buy some drinks.
Saeyeongyo Bridge is famous as a ‘bridge for making new connections.’ It is a bridge that connects Seogwipo Port and Saeseom. It is a landmark of Seogwipo tourism, the longest pedestrian bridge that’s why vehicles are not allowed to enter. There are also walking trails, Saesom trails, and music benches around the area, so it’s good to take a walk while sightseeing.
This bridge is included in the Jeju Olle Trail and a lot of visitors paid interest that is why events and performances are also held for tourists.

2. Gwaneumsa Temple [관음사]
Gwaneumsa was the temple featured in episodes 13 and 14 of the drama. It was mentioned as Hwangjisa but in real life, it is known as Gwaneumsa.
The temple has become the headquarters of the 23rd parish of the Jogye Order of Korean Buddhism. It was also recorded that the temple existed even in the Joseon Dynasty however it was reconstructed and completed in 1908.
Gwaneumsa also offers Temple Stay education and meditation trips.

3. 5.16 Road Forest Tunnel [5.16 도로숲터널]
In the drama, this road was known as Local Highway No. 3008 but in reality, is the 5.16 Road Forest Tunnel which connects Jeju City and Seogwipo. The road has dense trees on both sides and forms like an arch which resulted to look like a tunnel.
According to Jeju’s website, at the northern entrance where the forest runnel begins, there’s a sign that says ‘‘천천히 달리면 더 아름다운 길’ (cheoncheonhi dallimyeon deo arumdaun gil) which means ‘The slower you go, the beautiful the road’ in English. The slow drive is very perfect here especially when you visit in different seasons. Also, the road is narrow and has many curves that why visitors should be careful when driving.

4. ChangKkom Rock [창꼼바위]
This was the place where Attorney Jung and his ex-wife went to take photos during their honeymoon but failed to do so because of him being a workaholic.
ChangKkom Rock is actually part of Bukchon Hwanhaejangseong Fortress which was designated as Jeju Special Self-Governing Province Monument No. 49-5.

5. Sindo Port [신도포구]
This was the place where Woo Young Woo and Lee Jun-ho went to see the dolphins. They went twice but the dolphins came out after they broke up.
Sindo Port, which is on the far west coast of Jeju Island, uses the natural volcanic formations as part of its infrastructure. Its ocean currents make it a particularly rich place for marine life, including an abundance of fish and octopuses, which are a mainstay of the local fishing industry.
Also, Sindo Port is number 12 in the Jeju Olle walking trail system.

6. Seonjeong Haenyeo [선정과해녀]
Seonjeong Haenyeo is a sushi restaurant in Jeju. It was featured in episode 13 of #ExtraordinaryAttorneyWoo where Attorney Jung and his ex-wife ate here during their honeymoon.

7. Cheolli Restaurant [천리식당천리민박]
Cheolli Restaurant was featured in the drama as Haengbok Guksu. It was a famous restaurant but due to some reasons, it when down and had been closed for a long time.
But in reality, it is a restaurant that serves braised cutlassfish and they also have temporary lodging for guests who wants to visit Jeju. The restaurant open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

8. Kashi Abang Guksu [가시아방국수]
Known as the Hangeun Guksu in the drama and the rival of Haengbok Guksu. Kashi Abang Guksu really serves noodles like bibimguksu (spicy mixed noodles), gogiguksu (Jeju meat noodles) price ranges from 7,000 to 32,000 won. The restaurant usually opens from 10:00 am to 8:30 pm.

9. Sanarvivienda [사나비비엔다]
Attorney Woo and her co-workers and friends stayed here at Sanarvivienda. It’s a hotel and pension that costs 40,000 to 60,000pesos per night for 4 people and a maximum of 10 people. Why I’m soooo poor!
